Location is excellent if you just want to enjoy playing in the snow. It is near Nakajima park/ Nakajima station/ Seicomart (where you can buy inexpensive food)/ walking distance from Lawson and Family Mart. The staff are friendly and would greet you even though they are busy and tired. The room service/ cleaner is also polite and hard working. The amenenities were working fine as expected and we did not have a hard time. Although the televesion does not have cable. It has regular TV shows/ no english shows but the internet would help you with that problem. The internet is fast and reliable. 15minute walk going to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and 5-10minute walk to Susukino (red light district). The location 20-30minutes away from Odori Park but subway/ train would help.

This hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Nakajima Koen Station at a peaceful pace. Nakajima Park is also nearby, offering a stunning white winter view during our daily walks to the station. There are several convenience stores (konbini) in the area, making snacks easily accessible. Additionally, Muslim-friendly restaurants are within walking distance or just a few stations away. Though not very spacious, the room was comfortable and sufficient for two adults and one child. It was well-equipped with robes, slippers, a hairdryer, and other basic amenities. We particularly appreciated the strong shower water pressure and the bidet toilet, which enhanced hygiene and convenience. The body wash and shampoo had a pleasant scent, adding to the overall comfort. Towels were replaced daily. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always greeting us warmly and assisting with any inquiries. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, adding another cherished memory to our time in Japan.

I choose the hotel because of the big desk in the room (perfect for remote working) The room was comfortable and clean. I loved that I could open the window instead of using only aircon

It is a 5 minute walk from the metro station. Beautiful park right beside the hotel and there's plenty of convenient stores around them. They provide plenty of useful things at the lobby such as Bath salts Bathroom amenities

Excellent staff, incredibly helpful. The staff helped us with all of our queries and helped us book taxi's. They even made sure we made it to our next destination, OK. We stayed for the snow festival and found the location very good for this purpose.

Great location with 3 kombinis across the road and access to the subway. You can easily walk to the city centre from here too.

Front desk folks were very kind and helpful for planning out my time in Sapporo. Sending out laundry was economical and came back on time.

Loved the location next to the park, and walkable to many shops and restaurants and public transit. Room was enough space and a great spot.
